Our Services

Mold Inspection, Testing & Remediation Services

Inspection, laboratory testing, remediation, and verification, plus the drainage and moisture work that keeps it from coming back. Mold is the specialty, water is the cause, and we handle both.

Why Choose Us

Why Property Owners Call Us First

Georgia does not license mold work or regulate how it is performed. That puts the entire burden of choosing well on you, so here is exactly how we operate.

  • We work to a published standard. ANSI/IICRC S520 defines how contamination is classified, contained, removed, and verified. We follow it and will walk you through it.
  • Written pricing before work starts. An itemized scope you approve in advance. The number on the estimate is the number you pay.
  • We find the water, not just the mold. Growth is a symptom of moisture. Every project identifies and corrects the source, because removal without it is temporary.
  • Independent laboratory analysis. Every sample goes to an accredited outside lab with no stake in the result, and the report belongs to you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you get here?+
We answer 24 hours a day. Urgent situations in metro Atlanta are dispatched immediately, and standard inspections are usually scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
What is free and what costs money?+
The on-site walk-through is free. That includes the visual assessment, moisture meter readings, locating the source, and a written estimate. Laboratory testing is a separate paid service, because samples go to an accredited outside lab that charges per sample. We quote that number before collecting anything, and plenty of situations do not need it at all.
Is black mold as dangerous as people say?+
Color does not identify a species. Most dark growth is not Stachybotrys, and only laboratory analysis can tell you what you have. Some molds do aggravate allergies and asthma, particularly for children, older adults, and immunocompromised people.
Can I just clean it with bleach?+
Surface cleaning aerosolizes spores and leaves the moisture source untouched, so growth returns. The standard of care is physical removal under containment, not treating growth in place.
Does insurance cover mold remediation?+
It depends on the cause. Mold resulting from a sudden covered event such as a burst pipe is often covered, while long-term leaks and humidity usually are not. We document conditions thoroughly so your claim has the strongest support.
What does mold remediation cost in Atlanta?+
Small contained projects can run a few hundred dollars, while larger jobs involving demolition, drying, and laboratory verification cost more. You receive a written itemized price after inspection, before any work begins.
How do I know the mold is actually gone?+
Post-remediation clearance testing is performed before containment comes down. Air samples go to an accredited independent laboratory and are compared against an outdoor baseline, and you keep the written determination.
Does Georgia license mold companies?+
No. Georgia does not license mold inspectors or remediators, and the state does not regulate mold in homes and businesses. That is why we work to ANSI/IICRC S520 and use independent accredited laboratories, and why you should ask any company what standard they follow.
